Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced HGV delivery drivers to join our transport team. Based from our central Rochdale site you will collect and deliver goods to and from customers and suppliers.

Flexibility is essential as the post-holder will also be required to cover for holidays. A good knowledge of the local area would therefore be an advantage.
The role will require driving Class 1/Class 2 HGV vehicles from our modern and well-maintained fleet.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Load and unload deliveries
- Travelling between collection and drop-off locations in a safe and professional manner.
- Checking collection schedules and note any special instructions
- Complete vehicle checks and safety checks
- Completing and updating paperwork, as required.
- Keeping vehicles clean at all time
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience
- Previous experience in a role requiring customer and supplier interaction
- Current and Valid CPC and DIGI TACHO
- Driver Qualification Card (CPC card)
- Current and Valid CPC and DIGI TACHO
- Post-holder must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Post-holder must have no more than 6 points on their license.
