SENIOR CARER / TEAM LEADER
Orchard Grove is a Residential Home .
We have at present vacancies for the following - Team Leader ( 2 posts)
The criteria: Experience of taking charge of the home / supported living
Experience in Administration / receiving / recording of medication
Plan and complete social outings for residents
Attend and support residents with activities/ appointments / shopping etc
Liaise with Professionals and Residents Families
Attend all training provided
Support new staff during their induction
Adhering to Policies and Procedures.
shifts- evenings and weekends
