Responsibilities
- Deliver packages, documents, or goods to customers promptly and efficiently within designated areas
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with customers during deliveries
- Plan delivery routes effectively to optimise time and fuel efficiency
- Handle parcels carefully, ensuring they are not damaged during transit
- Keep delivery records up-to-date and report any issues or delays to supervisors promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the bicycle at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations while riding
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Good organisational skills to plan routes and manage delivery schedules efficiently
- Physically fit with the ability to ride for extended periods and carry moderate loads
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a keen eye for detail
- Basic knowledge of local streets and routes is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work independently while adhering to safety standards

Pay: £97.68-£200.00 per day
