Position: Dispatch Working Team Leader
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Role Overview: We are looking for a Dispatch Working Team Leader to join our team at our Tallington site, working the 2–10 shift pattern. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will lead yard operations, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate picking, loading and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining high standards of stock control and team performance
Key Accountabilities:
· Lead and coordinate the yard team to meet daily operational targets.
· Ensure all yard activities are carried out in line with health & safety procedures.
· Manage picking accuracy, stock control and loading efficiency.
· Oversee goods inwards processes during your shift.
· Allocate work and ensure accurate job bookings.
· Drive productivity improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
· Support and develop team members, including training and performance feedback.
· Maintain accurate training and stock records.
· Work closely with planning and production teams to meet customer delivery deadline.
· Support stock counts and year-end inventory processes.
· Step in for other shift leads when required.

Experience and Training:

Essential Criteria:
· Up to date FLT licence
· Experience in a warehouse or yard environment
· Experience loading/unloading HGVs
