Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Administrator/Negotiator to join our team. This fast-paced role involves managing property lettings, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the rental process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and organisational skills, alongside strong communication abilities, to facilitate successful property transactions and maintain high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end lettings process, including conducting applicant viewings, creating property inventories and completing property inspections.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors completing maintenance jobs in a timely manner.
- Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant legislation.
- Responding promptly to enquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing professional advice and support.
- Maintaining accurate records of all lettings activities within our CRM system.
- Organising property inspections, inventories, and renewals in a timely manner.
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within a lettings or estate agency environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A professional attitude with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Valid UK driving licence and own car is essential.

Hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, plus alternate Saturdays 10-2pm.
Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
