In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for managing daily incoming documents, accurately processing them into work items using the Civica imaging system, and ensuring information is handled efficiently and securely. This role is Based at Breckland House Thetford.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritise a high volume of work
- Excellent attention to detail when handling and indexing documents
- Confident IT user, experienced with digital files and systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information, including FOI/SAR requests and complaints
- Good communication skills, including telephone support for customers
- Organised and reliable, able to manage records, post, and stationery
- A flexible team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
