Home Based – Full Time (37.5 hours per week) or 4 days (30 hours per week)

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be looking after a very manageable caseload of foster families. Working in partnership with other team members to provide a high quality and safe service for our foster families and the children/young people they look after.
There will be some occasional evening and weekend work and you will be part of the out of hours rota. The position is home based.

As a Supervising Social Worker in the team, you must have the ability to:
- Manage your own caseload whilst meeting deadlines
- Evidence experience in frontline social work in Childcare
- Demonstrate strong analytical and assessment skills
- Have the ability to effectively communicate with children and their parents
- Promote great outcomes for all children and young people looked after by Capstone Foster Care.
- Form F Experience is desirable.
Applicants must have:
- A relevant Social Work qualification and be SWE registered
- Ideally experienced within fostering or adoption
- Knowledge of fostering and childcare legislation
- Be eligible to work within the UK
- Have a full driving licence and transport
