ISS is a leading service provider in the UK Fresh Produce sector. Since 2014, we have grown to operate four sites across Kent, employing over 1,200 colleagues. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team and support the safe, efficient movement of stock across our operation.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will support warehouse operations including picking, loading, unloading and stock movements. You will play a key role in ensuring products are handled safely, accurately and efficiently to meet customer and business requirements.
Shift- 4 on 4 off- Days and Nights available.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, label and prepare products for dispatch using handheld devices.
- Safely move, load and unload stock using MHE where trained and authorised.
- Ensure products are stored correctly and supplied to production on time.
- Complete scanning, stock movements and warehouse paperwork accurately.
- Carry out daily MHE checks and report any damage or defects.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene and housekeeping.
- Follow customer specifications and quality standards when handling products.
- Work collaboratively with Warehouse, Production and Quality teams to meet operational targets.

What You'll Bring
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred).
- Confidence operating MHE or willingness to be trained.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to undertake manual handling activities.
- Positive, flexible and reliable approach to work.
