We're recruiting Chefs to join our busy kitchen team at The Beachcomber, our holiday park restaurant and clubhouse in Brean, Somerset.
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, preparing and serving quality pub food in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for enthusiastic team players who thrive under pressure, and are committed to delivering great food and excellent service for our customers.
This is a seasonal role (until November).
Key Duties:
- Meal preparation
- Cooking and presenting dishes to company standards
- Keeping and maintaining food hygiene/safety records
- Checking and receiving deliveries as required
- Keeping the cooking area clean and tidy.
Requirements:
- Be a good team player
- Have great organisation skills
- Previous kitchen experience preferred.
