We’re looking for an experienced operator who understands the opportunities and challenges of a seasonal location and can re-establish the Bull & Bush as the go-to local pub for great hospitality, entertainment and community spirit. There is considerable scope to grow the business by expanding the events offering with regular quizzes, bingo, karaoke and live entertainment, creating reasons for customers to visit throughout the week.
Currently generating around £5,000 per week from wet sales alone, the pub presents a significant opportunity for growth through the introduction of an owner-operated food offer. A simple, well-executed menu could unlock additional revenue streams and broaden the pub’s appeal to both residents and tourists alike.
