The Role
You'll be delivering a range of barbering services fades, tapers, scissor cuts, beard trims and creative styles — to a loyal and growing client base, in a calm and professional environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Engage with clients through clear, friendly communication to understand their desired look and offer expert advice
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to hygiene and safety standards
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon flow
- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained for optimal performance
- Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering personalized service that encourages repeat visits
- Ensure the salon is kept clean, tidy and well stocked. Creating a welcoming environment for clients at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a strong portfolio of work preferred minimum 1 year of shop experience.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain styling options and maintenance tips
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and safety protocols in salon environments
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for helping clients look and feel their best
