?? Your Day-to-Day Role
You’ll be a key part of keeping site operations running efficiently and safely:

Exchanging and managing 1100L wheelie bins across site
-
Transporting waste to the compound for sorting and processing
-
Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant waste area
-
Carrying out daily equipment and vehicle checks
-
Monitoring waste levels and arranging collections as required

Working closely with site teams to deliver excellent service

Ensuring all health, safety and environmental procedures are followed

Supporting continuous improvement and identifying better ways of working
?? What We’re Looking For

A reliable, proactive, and can-do attitude

Strong focus on health & safety

Confidence working independently and as part of a team

Basic IT skills
?? Desirable but not essential:

FLT licence

Full UK driving licence

Towing experience

Waste or recycling experience

Manual handling or H&S training (training can be provided)

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, rotating shifts
Week - 2:30pm
Week Two = 12:30pm - 9:00pm
