About Us: Megan’s Classy Nails is a premium, fast-paced nail and beauty salon. We pride ourselves on delivering a high-end, 5-star experience to our clients. As we transition to a fully automated and modern booking system, we are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and professional Front-Desk Manager to be the face of our salon.

Working Hours & Availability:
- We need coverage across the whole week.
- Weekend availability is a MUST. If you are applying for a Part-Time position, your availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is strictly prioritized. Key Responsibilities:
- The First Impression: Warmly welcome walk-in and booked clients, offering a premium hospitality experience from the moment they step in.
- Floor Control: Efficiently manage the salon floor flow, coordinating with technicians to minimize client wait times during peak hours.
- Tech & Booking: Master our new booking software (Zenoti) to handle appointments, rescheduling, and No-Shows.
- Payment Accuracy: Carefully process transactions. You must be sharp with numbers, as you will handle different payment streams (Card, Cash, Vouchers) with high accuracy.
Requirements:
- Fluent English with excellent, clear communication skills.
- Extremely organized, quick on your feet, and able to multitask under pressure when the salon gets busy.
- Tech-savvy (very comfortable with computers, iPads, and modern POS systems).
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or administration is a strong advantage.
