Taking its name from the Japanese word for water, Mizu is our unique Pan-Asian restaurant at Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa. With Derwentwater on one side and the Lodore Falls on the other, it offers a fantastic setting in the heart of the Lake District.
Mizu combines fresh, Asian-inspired dishes with creative cocktails and friendly, attentive service, all within a stylish and modern restaurant environment.
We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Mizu team and help us deliver a memorable dining experience for our guests.
You’ll be involved in all aspects of restaurant service, from welcoming guests and taking orders to serving food and drinks and helping to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
Previous hospitality experience is welcomed, but it isn’t essential. If you haven’t worked in a restaurant before, don’t worry – we can teach you how to take an order, carry a tray, serve our dishes and prepare drinks. What’s most important to us is your attitude and the service you provide to our guests.
