- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure maximum efficiency, upselling and customer experience.
Skills
- Some background in hospitality with excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in restaurants or bars.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and drink mixing measurements
- Effective time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Demonstrated ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
