Weekend Team Member
Eat Like Home Café - Weekend only role
We are looking for a member of staff to work the following schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday
Typical shift hours between: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Pay: Hourly rate depends on age (in line with UK minimum wage)
Minimum age: 16+
About the role
We’re looking for a friendly and hardworking person to join our weekend team. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential — if you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you everything.
This is a varied, hands-on position combining customer service, food and drink preparation, and keeping the café clean and welcoming.
Main Duties
- Provide a warm, positive experience to every customer
- Deliver food and drinks to tables
- Basic food preparation (including making sandwiches, toasties, plating food etc.)
- Using blender and preparing drinks
- Clear and reset tables
- Dishwashing and general cleaning
- Support with general café tasks
- Restocking items on shelves and fridges
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
