Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Studio Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for products to be sold on air, working with presenters, special guests and the production team to help drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Prepare products and props , ensuring they are spotlessly displayed at there best to drive customer interest and sales.
- Ensure the correct product goes to air at the right time.
- Co-ordinate with the producers, directors, presenters and special guests for a smooth and successful show.
- Meet health & safety requirements at all times.
- Maintain a strict policy on behaviour and noise when on studio floor.
- Look after the presenters, special guests and models on set - ensure they understand the noise policy, their microphones and positioning is right for the producers, deal with any queries and make them feel at ease.
- Assist producers, directors and presenters with pre-recorded footage and live product shots.
- Liase with the technical team to ensure continuity in output and raise any buisness concerns.
- Anticipate and resolve any likely studio problems before they occur.
- Clear products away at the end of each presenter shift.
Required Skills
- Previous Live Studio experience preferred
- Retail shop experience preferred.
- Degree level qualification desirable .
- Knowledge of pc based packages and keyboard skills (ability to use MS Office proficiently)
- Excellent communication skills including effective questioning and listening
- Polite, friendly and assertive when necessary.
- Ability to work individually and part of a team.
- Resourceful, adaptable and flexible in problem solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
