Opkill Pest Control is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Worcestershire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales, customer service, or business development who is looking to build a rewarding career within the pest control industry.
The role will involve attending customer appointments, carrying out site surveys, identifying pest-related issues, and providing tailored solutions and quotations to both residential and commercial clients.
No pest control experience is required — full industry training will be provided for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities
- Attending residential and commercial survey appointments
- Identifying pest issues and recommending suitable solutions
- Preparing and presenting quotations to customers
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Following up leads and converting enquiries into sales
- Working closely with operational teams to coordinate works
- Maintaining accurate customer records and reports
- Representing the company professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience or strong sales ability
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confident and professional manner
- Self-motivated with a driven attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in field sales, surveying, construction, facilities management, or pest control is beneficial but not essential
