Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hybrid working | Trowbridge, Wiltshire
Full-time | 35 hours per week

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to lead our property services and help ensure our homes remain safe, compliant, well maintained and fit for the future.
This is a role with real influence. Overseeing a growing portfolio of 279 homes across Wiltshire, you'll be at the centre of decisions that directly impact our customers, our properties and the future of our organisation.
From managing repairs and maintenance, overseeing compliance and investment programmes, and working closely with contractors, to assessing newly acquired homes and bringing empty properties back into use, you'll play a key role in shaping the homes and services we provide.
You'll be our go to expert for property management, helping drive high standards, deliver value for money and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.
What you'll be doing
· Leading repairs, maintenance, compliance and asset management services
· Managing contractor performance and ensuring excellent service delivery
· Developing and monitoring property budgets and investment priorities
· Overseeing the assessment, specification and refurbishment of empty properties and newly acquired homes
· Driving compliance and ensuring homes meet all relevant regulatory requirements
· Delivering planned maintenance and capital investment programmes
· Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
· Supporting colleagues and providing expert advice on complex property matters
· Building strong relationships with contractors, consultants and stakeholders
· Helping shape the future of property services at Stone Circle Housing
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines strong property knowledge with excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills.
You'll have:
✔ Experience in property, asset or housing property management
✔ Strong knowledge of property compliance, health and safety and regulatory requirements
✔ Experience managing repairs, maintenance, contractors and service contracts
✔ Experience managing budgets, investment programmes and delivering value for money
✔ Experience overseeing works to empty properties and property improvements
✔ Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
✔ Experience using performance data to improve services and outcomes
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
