We presently need a Locum Pharmacy Dispenser or Technician to commence as soon as possible for three months in the first instance. The role will be for Mondays - Fridays with two Saturdays per month (Saturdays 9am - 1pm).
Duties:- Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently- Providing medication administration guidance to patients- Offering excellent patient care and customer service- Maintaining pharmacy inventory levels- Collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes- Adhering to pharmacy regulations and standards
Skills:- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Dispenser- Proficiency in medication administration practices- Strong commitment to patient care and safety- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Applicants must possess NVQ Level 2 Qualification or equivalent for Dispenser and NVQ Level 3 for Technician.
