Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of hygiene in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and public areas
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to achieve optimal results
- Manage your own appointments and coordinate with clients for scheduling and special requests
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages to clients promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and addressing client needs effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-quality results
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Nice-to-have skills include cooking experience or customer service background to enhance client interactions
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is preferred for traveling between locations
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times
