H.A.A.N.K Limited is looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to become the face of our social media channels across multiple venues. This is a hands-on role where you'll not only create engaging content but also appear in it, showcasing the atmosphere, drinks, events, and experiences that make our venues some of the Midlands' favourite hospitality destinations.
About the Role
This isn't a typical social media role. We're looking for someone who is comfortable being both behind the camera and in front of it. You'll spend time in our venues during both daytime and evening opening hours, creating engaging content, filming trends, interviewing customers (where appropriate), showcasing drinks and food, promoting events, and bringing each venue's unique personality to life.
You'll be creating content across our venues:
- Cucamara – Nottingham
- OZ Bar – Nottingham
- Route One – Nottingham
- Fat Cat Bar & Kitchen – Derby
No two days will be the same, and you'll have the opportunity to create content for a variety of different brands and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of our brands, confidently appearing in videos and campaigns.
- Create engaging daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat.
- Film and edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, Stories, and short-form videos.
- Capture the atmosphere throughout the day and night while our venues are open.
- Present drinks, food, events, themed nights, DJs, promotions, and special offers on camera.
- Keep up with social media trends and adapt them to suit each venue's unique identity.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Work closely with venue management teams to promote upcoming events and increase footfall.
- Monitor performance and continually develop fresh ideas to grow our audiences.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is confident, charismatic, and enjoys being on camera.
- Has a fun, outgoing personality that suits the hospitality and nightlife industry.
- Can confidently interact with customers and create engaging content in a busy environment.
- Has experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat.
- Has strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
- Can produce and publish high-quality content quickly.
- Is organised, self-motivated, and full of creative ideas.
- Is available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to transport (preferred), as the role involves travelling between Nottingham and Derby.
Bonus Skills
- Experience working in hospitality, bars, clubs, restaurants, or events.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Graphic design skills.
- Experience growing social media accounts through organic content.
- Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations.
