This is the role and main tasks
In this role, you will lead the sale of a modern cloud-native Master Data Management (MDM) / Master Data Platform, enabling clients to unify, govern, and activate trusted data across Customer, Counterparty, Product, and Risk domains -with a special focus on clients in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance. You will personally drive new business wins by delivering a value-add, consultative sales approach to some of the most dynamic and data-driven industries in the world.
More specifically, you will:
Lead end-to-end complex sales cycles: discovery, value positioning, solution alignment, business case development, proposal, negotiation, and closing
You’ll join a vibrant EMEA Sales team of 8 professionals representing diverse backgrounds and cultures. Our team is passionate about technology, thrives on collaboration, and is committed to helping customers succeed in their digital transformation journey.

As an ideal candidate, you will have a wealth of experience from similar jobs within B2B sales working in an international organization. In addition, you will have a successful proven track record in selling enterprise software solutions with a focus on “solution-oriented” approach to the sale. You will leverage your existing BFSI network and proven track record in selling data-driven, mission-critical platforms to C-level stakeholders, while shaping and executing a scalable go-to-market and territory growth strategy.
Proven insurance-sector sales experience, ideally across carriers, life & pensions, specialty/reinsurance, brokers/MGAs and intermediary-led distribution will set you aside.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline across Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks, insurers, asset managers, and fintechs
A self-starter, proactive, resilient with a positive, “can-do” and “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality to get the job done
