What the job involves:
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
- Writing and managing job adverts across multiple platforms
- Proactively sourcing and screening candidates

- A degree or previous sales experience (B2B, B2C, retail, estate agency, car sales etc.)
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
