You will support the operational backbone of our bespoke courses programme — helping to manage everything from client confirmation through to post-event follow-up. You will work closely with clients, presenters, suppliers, and internal teams, gaining hands-on experience and full training and support as you develop in the role. Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for bespoke course enquiries, handling telephone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage the full lifecycle of course bookings — from initial confirmation through to post-course feedback and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across databases and filing systems for current and past courses.
- Prepare and issue course documentation including marketing flyers and confirmation letters.
- Use a range of software tools including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM/database systems, and Canva for course-related materials.
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as required.
Events & Course Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, course presenters, suppliers, and partner organisations to ensure seamless course delivery.
- Coordinate all logistical requirements for bespoke events, including material deliveries, transport and delegate communications.
- Manage the production and distribution of promotional and course materials.
- Organise deliveries and oversee the management of event resources and supplies.
- Prepare delegate registers, joining instructions, and all event documentation.
- Provide online and possibly on-site administrative support at course venues where required, including occasional travel within the UK.
- Monitor and respond to post-course feedback, identifying improvements and sharing insights with the team.
About You
We are looking for a recent graduate who brings energy, organisation, and genuine commitment to delivering great experiences. Office experience would be ideal but not essential — we'll provide full training. The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience gained through university projects, placements, part-time work, or extracurricular activities.
- Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with clients and suppliers at all levels.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
- Confidence with core Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a willingness to learn new software and databases; experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support on-site event delivery.
Educational Qualifications
The following qualifications are essential for this role:
- 5 GCSEs at grade A–C / 4–9, including English Language and Mathematics.
- A-levels or equivalent Level 3 qualification (e.g. BTEC Extended Diploma or equivalent).
- An undergraduate degree (2:2 or above) in any discipline, or due to graduate within the next 12 months.
