We aim to expand our programs to better serve our community from our new building on Main Street in Methilhill.
Summary
We are seeking a passionate Activity Assistant to join MCCI . Based in Methilhill, this role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver engaging activities for children and adults and foster a positive community environment. Hours of work, 25 per week Monday to Friday afternoons and evenings.
Responsibilities
- To assist the activities coordinator and other professionals to deliver activities
- To supervise children and provide activities and resources when required.
- To participate in sessions
- To complete risk assessments as required
- To ensure resources are prepared as required
- To support assistants and volunteers
- To deal with enquiries relating to the project
- To work within the policies and procedures of MCCI
- To attend training as required
- To gather evidence
- To work hours as required, and as agreed with MCCI

- Youth work or Community Education: 1 year (preferred)
