```QC Onion Store Supervisor
We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable & preferably experienced QC Onion Store Supervisor to join our factory team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the onion processing and storage areas.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality, condition, and storage of onions and onion stores.
- Carry out regular quality checks and inspections.
- Assist with stock control, grading, and monitoring of product quality.
- Ensure storage areas are clean, organised, and maintained to the required standards.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, ventilation, and general storage conditions.
- Identify and report any quality issues, spoilage, or product losses.
- Assist with factory quality-control procedures and documentation.
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure company health, safety, hygiene, and quality procedures are followed.
- Assist with any other duties required by management.
The Ideal Candidate
- Highly motivated, organised, and reliable.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in quality control, food production, agriculture, or storage is desirable.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours when required.
- Training will be provided.
