We are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Creator Management Specialist to join our London team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in creator management, influencer marketing, social media campaigns, digital content coordination and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
As a Creator Management Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Identify, contact and onboard suitable creators, influencers and content partners for brand and marketing campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of creator-led marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with creators, influencers, sellers, brands and commercial partners.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, content requirements, posting schedules and creator deliverables.
- Assist with developing marketing proposals, campaign plans and creator partnership strategies.
- Monitor creator content performance, campaign engagement, sales conversion and audience response.
- Prepare regular campaign reports and provide recommendations to improve content quality and marketing results.
- Support brand localisation for the UK market, including content direction, audience insight and creator selection.
- Conduct market research on creator trends, competitor campaigns, social media performance and consumer behaviour.
- Work closely with internal marketing, content, operations and business development teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Maintain organised records of creator communications, campaign progress, contracts and performance data.
- Support wider digital marketing and brand promotion activities as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in creator management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, campaign coordination or a related role.
- Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator content, influencer campaigns and e-commerce marketing.
- Ability to identify suitable creators and match them with brand or campaign objectives.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and creator communications at the same time.
- Confidence in preparing campaign briefs, marketing materials, reports and presentations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review campaign data and suggest improvements.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly desirable due to the nature of our cross-border brand and creator projects.
- Previous experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce campaigns, brand partnerships or creator agencies would be an advantage.
What We Offer
- Salary of £33,400 – £36,000 per year
