## Job Summary
The Conquerors March are seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
## Duties
- Support the kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Assist with the setup and cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Aid in catering operations for events and special occasions
- Help maintain inventory levels and report shortages to the appropriate personnel
## Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is desirable
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and basic food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
