Responsibilities and skills:
· Cash Handling: Accurately counting, managing, and reconciling daily and weekly cash transactions across various payment methods.
· Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by resolving problems and assisting with various tasks.
· Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with a diverse customer base.
· Administrative Support: Assisting in the continued development and growth of the firm, providing administrative support, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in cash handling, knowledge of financial software and strong numerical abilities.
· Experience Level: At least 2 years of experience in cashier or financial roles.
Qualities and Experience:
· Sense of initiative
· Able to work accurately, with attention to detail
· Able to work independently and unsupervised when necessary
· IT Literate in MS Applications and has a general good understanding of computers
· Highly organised
· Good time management skills
· Good spoken and written English
Previously worked in an accounts office environment essential
