Moretons Investments are an independent property investment and development company located in Brighton, East Sussex. We purchase, develop and manage a wide range of our own commercial and residential properties, providing high quality business premises and living space to customers throughout the South.
Based in central Brighton, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to come in at a senior level, to join an established and growing property team.
Previous experience in all multi-site, internal property management, IOSH Managing Safely, and the ability to manage multiple active projects is essential.
Role to include ;
- Main point of call on all building contracts.
- Working alongside contractors to ensure full building regulations and H&S compliance and work efficiency timescales are met.
- Carrying out of daily multi-site visits and reporting to Director and colleagues.
- Organising face to face and site meetings to discuss running projects.
- Assist sourcing of building material costings and liaising directly with trade depots to order.
- Issuing construction tender documentation.
- Confirming payment and invoicing with Accounts Team.
- Liaising with Property Managers regarding larger maintenance works due on existing portfolio.
Property/Site experience is essential.
Driving licence essential.
