Job Role
- Advice Report Preparation – Draft accurate, clear, and compliant Suitability Reports for new business as directed by the Adviser.
- Client Data Analysis – Analyse client information, notes and outputs to extract key advice information and ensure suitability of recommendations.
- Systems & Tools Usage – Use platforms and other internal tools to complete accurate product, investment, and fund analysis in line with company standards.
- Adviser Meeting Support – Ensure Advisers are fully prepared for client meetings by delivering all required research, documentation, and updated client information in advance.
- Policy & Data Accuracy – Review existing policy information and ensure accurate recording of features, guarantees, benefits, and charges within client files and reports.
- Client Record Maintenance – Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on relevant platforms, ensuring all research, documentation, and communications are correctly stored.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple cases and deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work collaboratively in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, professional approach with a strong commitment to compliance and client outcomes.
