We're looking for experienced and passionate Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our Complex Care team supporting clients across Portsmouth, Waterlooville and Chichester.
This role offers a mixture of regular and flexible shifts, making it ideal for candidates seeking stable income or additional hours around existing commitments.

The Role
You will be supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs within their homes, helping them maintain dignity and quality of life.
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Previous care experience (essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- A compassionate and person-centred approach
- Reliability and professionalism
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
