We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, coordinate team members, and ensure we are completing the daily warehouse tasks.
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during designated shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work enviroment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
