What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the moment guests walk through the door.
- Make and serve great drinks with consistency and care.
- Serve our pizzas with pride and know the menu inside out.
- Create an atmosphere that keeps the energy high and guests coming back.
- Build relationships with regulars while making first-time visitors feel like they've found their new favourite place.
- Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver great service, even when things get busy.
- Help keep the bar looking sharp, clean and ready for service.
What We're Looking For
You'll already have experience working in a busy bar or restaurant and be confident behind the bar and on the floor.
You're naturally welcoming, enjoy talking to people, stay calm under pressure, and understand that hospitality is about creating memorable experiences, not just taking orders.
We're looking for people who take pride in what they do, notice the little things, and bring positive energy to every shift.
The Opportunity
Paddy's is just getting started.
We're building something different in Altrincham—a place for great pizza, cocktails and good times from Thursday to Sunday, plus takeaway pizza when you'd rather bring Paddy's home.
As we grow, there'll be opportunities to grow with us. The people who help build Paddy's from day one will play a big part in where we go next.
