Job Title: Framework Solutions Coordinator
Reports to: Framework Solutions Manager
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
The role will be predominantly home based, working remotely. There will be some occasional travel to client premises and/or work events, with internal team meetings being held in person quarterly at Head Office, in St Albans.
Location: Combination of St Albans (Office based), remote working (home based) and occasional national travel.
Package: Basic salary £27,000.00 to £28,000.00 per annum DoE

Echelon Group (comprising Echelon Consultancy, Pretium Frameworks and EIP) delivers a range of consultancy services, primarily in the fields of asset and facilities management, estate services and construction for clients in the public housing sector.
Echelon Consultancy are a leading procurement consultancy providing advice, support and training to public sector housing organisations.
EIP (Echelon Improvement Partnerships) focuses on sharing best practice and industry knowledge.
Pretium delivers easy access, high value, low cost and fully PCR compliant frameworks to organisations across the UK. The current Pretium frameworks can be found on our website.
As Framework Solutions Coordinator for Pretium, you will be crucial to the effective, efficient running of our frameworks and an ambassador for the Pretium brand, driving change and providing our clients with the confidence that their requirements will be met and managed effectively and expertly.
Pretium currently have 14 frameworks and 1 DPS, some multi lot, with multiple Service Providers delivering services across the country. It is an exciting time of growth for Pretium as we have another 4 Frameworks due to launch in the coming months.
We need an individual who can manage a range of relationships with Clients, Suppliers and Internal teams effectively in an organised manner.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Framework Solutions Manager in the coordination of all administration associated with the running of projects through the frameworks
- Preparation of agendas, briefing packs, presentations, minutes, reports for internal and external meetings
- Drafting Project Briefs and populating key information where necessary
- Framework tender documentation preparation. Utilising MS Word and Excel templates and creation of new templates when required
- Setting up new framework projects and administering existing ones on EU Supply (online portal)
- Uploading Tender documents ready for issue to bidders
- Assisting with the management of queries via the messaging facility
- Downloading Tender submissions and issuing collated packs to clients
- Producing required letters to bidders.
Update and proofread all framework documentation ensuring accurate and relevant details are documented correctly and maintained and stored accordingly.
Attendance at meetings to capture the minutes/outcomes either onsite or via conference calls.
Liaison with the client and internal project teams.
Assistance with drafting of framework documents and literature for promotion of the product.
Ownership of the coordination and ongoing management of contracts between bidders and client.
General office administration duties including (but not limited to) virtual document and folder management, filing of contract documents, booking meeting rooms and arranging appointments where required.
Other ad-hoc administrative support as required
General business development support activities including
- Market research into clients, competitors and suppliers
- Utilising Locarla and similar databases to source relevant contract information and populate internal CRM systems
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Competencies
Effective time management with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks and to work independently with minimal managerial supervision, and able to set exact priorities and deadlines demonstrating impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
An excellent level of written English and the ability to proofread with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to prioritise tasks based on deadlines and profile, and capable of managing own workload and diary a lot of the time, in accordance with scheduled and reactive tasks.
A clear communicator, confident and persuasive in liaising with team members, customers and suppliers.
Resolution driven, always striving for a positive response and delivery of options to customers’ constraints.
Motivated and embracing of change, working effectively to tight deadlines regardless of possible setbacks.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ in a professional services environment.
Social Housing or Public Sector experience would be desirable.
Extremely competent user of MS Office software.
Demonstrable experience of manging multiple priorities at any one time and delivering to deadline.
Qualifications
English GCSE Grade A (or recognised equivalent qualification)
GSCE Maths Grade C or above (or recognised equivalent qualification)
Full valid driving licence and must own/have access to a vehicle due to occasional travel requirements of the role
