We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to join our team at Leighton House, a boutique guesthouse in Bath.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of daily operations, suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine interest in hospitality and food.
About the Role
You will support the smooth running of the guesthouse and help deliver a consistently high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with breakfast preparation and service
- Maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation standards
- Supporting guest check-ins and handling enquiries
- Carrying out day-to-day operational tasks

- Strong attention to detail
- Task-driven with a proactive approach
- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Interest in food and cooking
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Must be available to work weekends
