We are seeking a vibrant and professional Beauty Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Skin Clinic. Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage appointment bookings via phone, email, and social media platforms, ensuring smooth scheduling flow
- Answer all incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately
- Promote additional services and retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Must be confident about Skin Treatments and be able to sell High end Skin treatments
- Maintain organized client records and update appointment schedules accurately
- Manage social media accounts by posting updates, engaging with followers, and promoting special offers
- Assist with merchandising displays to create an inviting environment that showcases products effectively
- Coordinate with stylists and technicians to ensure timely service delivery and optimal client experience
Experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and team members
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role within a beauty or wellness setting is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling payments, product sales, and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with time management abilities to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus for promoting salon services and engaging clients online
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing product displays that attract customer interest
- Must be able to make sales and close sales
- Must be able to work Weekends
