Sales & Customer Service Representative – Cardiff
We’re growing our Cardiff team and are looking for confident, motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people and delivering great customer experiences.
This is a field-based, customer-facing opportunity where you’ll visit residential areas, speak directly with homeowners, and represent a variety of client campaigns. If you’re target-driven, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a people-focused role, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent a range of client campaigns through face-to-face interactions in residential neighbourhoods.
- Engage with customers professionally, answering questions and providing a positive experience.
- Work towards individual and team performance goals.
- Attend daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training from our Cardiff office.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

Working Pattern & Earnings
- Self-employed opportunity.
- Uncapped commission with weekly pay, based on performance.
- Minimum commitment of four full working days per week.
- Monday to Saturday availability required.
- Daily start from our Cardiff office before travelling to assigned residential areas.
- Field-based role involving face-to-face, door-to-door customer engagement.
