About the Role

Sourced Enterprise are a growing financial services business working with UK property investors.
We are looking for an experienced, qualified accountant with a specialism in property to join us on a part-time basis — two days per week. This is a client-facing role alongside practical compliance work, and suits someone who enjoys working with investors and understands the nuances of property tax and corporate structuring.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory
- Deliver ad hoc accountancy guidance to property investor clients
- Knowledge of limited company (SPV) structures for property ownership
- Guide clients on tax-efficient structuring, including incorporation decisions
Property Tax
- SDLT advice including additional dwellings surcharge and available reliefs
- Capital Gains Tax planning on property disposals
- ATED (Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings) compliance
- Advice on the post-FHL landscape following abolition of the Furnished Holiday Letting regime
- Non-Resident Landlord Scheme guidance where applicable
- Making Tax Digital (MTD) compliance support
Compliance & Returns
- VAT return preparation and filing
- Self assessment returns for property investors
- Payroll for small limited companies
- Year-end accounts and corporation tax support
Person Specification
Essential
- Fully qualified — AAT Licensed Accountant, or equivalent
- Holds a current practising certificate from their professional body
- Own professional indemnity insurance in place
- Able to work independently and manage client relationships with minimal oversight
Desirable
- Experience with cloud accounting platforms - TaxCalc
- Familiarity with proptech or fintech environments
Compensation
We are flexible on structure and happy to discuss either a day-rate contractor arrangement or a part-time salaried role. Rates below reflect current UK market benchmarks for a qualified property specialist.
£150/Day
We will be conducting stage one interviews via Teams, if successful you will be invited to attend an in-person interview in our Warrington office.
