What you'll be doing
As a Care Expert, you'll support customers to live safely and independently in their own homes by providing:
- Personal care and support
- Medication assistance
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Light household duties
- Shopping and errands
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support.
What we're looking for
- A caring, kind and reliable nature
- Excellent communication skills
- The right to work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own car, as travel between customers is essential
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends
Experience in care is welcome but not essential – full training is provided.
