Job Summary
Due to continued growth and expansion, Griffins Group is looking for two experienced and reliable Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our busy night shift logistics team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Unloading trailers returning from regional hubs
- Loading vehicles throughout the night for onward deliveries
- Preparing trailers for the day shift operation
- Working closely with warehouse supervisors and office staff
- Ensuring all freight is loaded safely and securely
- Maintaining correct weight distribution across trailers
- Supporting the wider night shift team to keep operations running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous forklift/loading experience preferred
- Good understanding of safe loading practices
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to commute to Tuxford reliably

Shift Pattern
- Sunday to Thursday
- 10:00pm – 8:00am (with additional overtime if required)
- Occasional Friday night shifts
