Product Support & Service Engineer
Location: Perthshire based but travel globally.
Job Type: Full-time (or discuss part-time for the right candidate)

About the Role
We are a growing business specialising in the support of Autoboss Net Washer machines. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Product Support & Service Engineer to join our team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for commissioning new machines, training customers, carrying out servicing and repairs, and providing technical support to ensure our customers receive an excellent level of service. Travel is a must as we have customers world wide but time away is always balanced with time at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission new Autoboss Net Washer machines at various locations around the world.
- Train operators on the safe and effective use of equipment.
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections.
- Diagnose and repair faults both on-site and remotely where possible.
- Provide excellent customer support and technical advice.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Assist with machine sales and identify opportunities to support business growth when appropriate.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent practical and mechanical skills.
- Can confidently diagnose and solve technical problems.
- Has good communication and customer service skills.
- Is organised and able to work independently.
- Is willing to travel and stay overseas for up to a maximum of 14 days at a time.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Additional languages would be a plus.
Desirable
- Experience with industrial machinery, pressure washers, pumps, diesel engines, hydraulics,electrical or mechanical equipment.
- Previous field service engineer or maintenance experience.
- Basic electrical fault-finding knowledge.
