We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Bakery Assistant to join our friendly team.
This is a 30–35 hour per week position, including working every Saturday.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a busy bakery environment and is passionate about quality food and baking.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for making our spelt tarts from scratch, cakes and cookies and items for the counter each day ensuring everything is beautifully presented, and ready for customers.
As part of the role, there is an opportunity to develop your baking skills by learning the craft of making sourdough bread and croissants from our experienced team.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has previous experience working in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys staying busy.
- Has a genuine passion for baking and is keen to learn new skills.
- Is reliable, organised, and takes pride in their work.
- Works well as part of a team and has a positive attitude.
- Early starts (7:30am).
Pay: £21,840.00-£22,680.00 per year
