Award winning butchers & food hall, Ruby and White, are recruiting for an enthusiastic part time Shop Assistant to join our passionate team on Whiteladies Road.
We are a Butchery shop and Food hall driven by fresh ideas and an innovative approach to succeeding in today’s competitive and evolving food service industry. Quality and provenance take precedence, with all our meat being sourced locally and wherever possible purchased directly from the farmers. We have a wonderful Foodhall with an array of local and international wine, beer, cheese, charcuterie, sauces, rubs & sauces made daily in the Ruby & White kitchen.
We are looking to add to our already busy, hardworking, committed and reliable team, with a new part time Shop Assistant.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Providing excellent customer service; giving advice and guidance to customer on products, processing orders through the till
- Receiving store deliveries, stocking shelves with merchandise & rotating stock
- Keeping the shop tidy and clean, completing checklists and cleaning rotas accordingly and to the hygiene levels required
- Supporting the Butchers and Deli when needed
This role will be primarily every Sunday, with some Saturdays when available and additional days to cover team holidays or busy periods.
