Part-Time Flexible Personal Assistant – Timecraft Watchmaking / Personal Support Self-employed, hourly rate, flexible hours – approx. 5 hours/week to start Fully remote About the Role Timecraft Watchmaking is a growing e-commerce business selling DIY watchmaking kits across our own website, Etsy, and Not On The High Street. The business is run by a sole director who is also a senior corporate professional — meaning time is genuinely scarce and admin is genuinely neglected. This role exists because the business owner is a builder and creator who is not naturally organised. You will not be waiting to be told what to do. You will be the person who keeps everything on track, chases outstanding actions, and — frankly — nags when necessary. If you are the kind of person who gets satisfaction from imposing order on chaos, this role is for you. What You'll Be Doing Managing a deadline calendar covering tax, statutory filings, and business commitments — and proactively chasing ahead of every deadline Bookkeeping and transaction categorisation (Xero preferred but not essential — training provided) Raising and chasing invoices Inbox management — triaging, drafting responses for approval, flagging urgent items Supplier and platform correspondence General personal admin including appointments, renewals, and subscriptions Monthly financial summaries to keep the director informed What We're Looking For Organised, proactive, and confident enough to chase and remind without being asked Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Excel) Previous PA, bookkeeping, or office management experience preferred E-commerce or small business background a bonus Based in Surrey is a bonus but not required What This Is Not This is not a passive role where you wait for instructions. The whole point is that the director should not have to manage you — you should be managing him
