Dignity In Life are looking for a Night Residential support worker to join our team. This role would require you to play a pivotal role in delivering person centred care to vulnerable adults. It includes; maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents, assisting residents with all daily tasks, administering medication, social activities and living a more positive and fulfilled life.
This position is for Waking Night staff which involves 12 hour shifts 8pm until 8am.
Requirements
- Applicants would ideally have experience in mental health or residential support work.
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively
- A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding.
- This role may include working with challenging behaviour, applicants must understand this and be confident working with this.
Free training will be offered in line with care certificate and support to complete NVQ is available.
Enhanced DBS will be completed.
