We're looking for an Estate Caretaker to join our Neighbourhoods Team. You'll help keep our estates, communal areas and low-rise blocks clean, safe and well maintained through block cleaning, litter picking, inspections, fire safety checks and occasional grounds maintenance. Working independently in your own company van, you'll play an important role in creating neighbourhoods our customers can be proud of. What you'll be doing

Maintaining communal areas, blocks and estates to a high standard.

Carrying out inspections and reporting repairs, hazards and fire safety concerns.

Undertaking caretaking duties, including cleaning and litter picking.

Carrying out occasional grounds maintenance activities.

Supporting customers and working with colleagues and contractors to maintain safe, welcoming neighbourhoods.
