A new opportunity has arisen within our dynamic and growing organisation to join our Head Office team based in Tolworth in a newly created Employee Relations team that will predominately support in grievance management on a national level.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate employee relations expert to be part of a business that is looking to further support and enhance its current employee relations function. You will enjoy navigating complex employee matters and working at pace, and be confident in your ability to reach outcomes in an objective, balanced and fair manner.
It will be your responsibility to hear employee grievances and lead on formal grievance investigations on a national level. You will work closely with the Employee Relations Team Manager and team to ensure that it is meeting the strategic objectives of the company and maintaining a positive employee experience in line with the ACAS code of practice and employment legislation.
