Responsibilities:
-Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate sales on behalf of clients
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business
- Assist in progressing sales from the point of offer all the way through to completion
- Assist in marketing properties through online listings, social media, and other advertising platforms
- Onboarding and compliance of new customers
About You:
- Previous experience within estate agency is preferred or transferrable sales skills
- Confident and proactive
- A natural communicator who builds rapport easily
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deals at once
- A team player who also works well independently
- Positive, motivated and keen to be part of a close-knit team
- Passionate about delivering a high level of service
